Events › Sensory-Friendly Egg Hunt

Would your child prefer an egg hunt without all of the hustle and bustle? Join us for a sensory-friendly egg hunt. Kids will look for eggs inside the library in a more calm atmosphere. Other accommodations will include a lower lighting area, gentle music, sensory toy prizes, a written schedule of steps, time to practice our egg hunting skills, and a color coded hunt. We will also have noise canceling headphones and weighted blankets on hand to use. Registration is required. All supplies will be provided by the library.
