Being a caregiver can often feel isolating and finding time to care for yourself can be difficult. This book club is designed to support those who provide care for family members, friends, or loved ones. Join the library and the Area Agency on Aging for a space where you can connect, unwind, and recharge through the shared experience of reading and discussion. Opportunities to share caregiving tips, discuss challenges, and learn about local resources will also be available.
Each month we will read a book focusing on topics that resonate with the caregiving experience and reflect the diverse experiences of caregivers. Selections may include memoirs, fiction, or non-fiction.
Caregivers of all types—whether you're caring for a child, spouse, parent, or any other loved one—are welcome to join the club. Whether you're new to caregiving or have years of experience, you’ll find a supportive and understanding environment.
