Description

Try out delicious, nutritious recipes that still fit the bill for quick and easy meals. The OSU Extension office will teach a 4-week cooking course, with the following themes and recipes we'll make to try that evening:

7/24/25: Get the Most for Your Money (macaroni & cheese mango salsa)

7/31/25: All about Sugar Strong Bones and Calcium (banana pudding parfaits)

8/7/25: Power up with Protein (one-minute bean burrito protein bites)

8/14/25: The Energy Balance Act Fruits and Vegetables, Half Your Plate (quick and easy chicken pot pie macaroni & cheese)
