Valentines day is coming up and that means lots of chocolate and candy! But have you ever wondered about what makes chocolate so delicious? For this meeting of STEAM for Teens, we will be learning about chemistry and candy making while melting chocolate for dipping! Discussions will also be had about applications for STEAM in culinary careers.
