Meditation can reduce stress and anxiety, and improve memory and concentration. Experienced Instructor Cheryl Griffin will guide you through simple practices to help you meditate effortlessly. Cheryl is a volunteer with the with Isha Foundation, an international nonprofit promoting health and well-being through yoga and meditation. Mats are not required.
