In this session you will learn simple but powerful yoga postures to balance and stabilize your system. These practices help relieve chronic ailments such as: back pain, stress, anxiety and tension. This session is facilitated by Cheryl Griffin, a volunteer with the Isha Foundation. Yoga mats are not required.
