The world is full of different cultures, artwork, and ways of
life--and with the library, you can explore them without ever having to
travel!
Intersecting Interests is a laid-back media club for
like-minded individuals who want to explore diverse media. We'll look at
current events, featured diverse YA titles, and share media
recommendations from art, poetry, film, and more with fun activities to
explore while we discuss what we enjoyed.
Topics include race,
national origin, LGBTQ+ identity, socioeconomic class, physical and
mental ability, education, health care, different religions,
philosophies, and more in a supportive setting. You don't need to have read the book ahead of time to enjoy this program. Ages 13-18.

May: The City Beautiful and Wrath Becomes Her by Aden Polydoros + mold a golem from clay to explore Jewish folklore
