Events › Echoes of Me: A Youth Creative Expression Day

Dayton Metro Library partners with Renata Waters, with LyGrace LLC., for a Youth Creative Expression Day that is a one-day experience designed to help youth ages 10-17 explore their creativity, build confidence, and express themselves through journaling, poetry, and art. From choosing a personal "Word of the Day" to creating poems, journal entries, and visual artwork, participants will discover new ways to share their ideas and connect with others. This event will bring creativity and meaningful conversation in a safe, uplifting space. Echoes of Me is more than an event. It's where young voices rise, imagination comes together to celebrate the power of self expression.

Every participant will receive an Achievement Certificate and be entered into raffle for prizes. Adults are not required, but having one adult per child is encouraged for support. This program is for ages 10-17.
