This beginner's yoga session is for facilitated by Cheryl Griffin, a volunteer with the Isha Foundation. In this session you will learn a yoga posture to stretch and activate the spine. This practice will be followed by guided meditation to help reduce stress and enhance emotional balance.
Please note: participants will be required to complete a liability waiver in order to participate in this program.
