The Queens Healing Circle is a monthly gathering that provides a safe space for black women to heal, find community, and grow. The road to healing seems long and hard, but walking that road with others supporting and cheering you on makes it easier.

This session is designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. In this gentle, uplifting space, we’ll explore simple practices for nurturing your mind, body, and spirit, while offering tools to help you create moments of rest and balance in your daily life. This session is an invitation to slow down, refill your cup, and honor your own well-being with intention.
