Events › The Government Commons: An Equitable Civics Series

The Government Commons is a community learning series designed to make historical and current government learning available to everyone.  Module 5 focuses on landmark Supreme Court cases that many people have head of but may not fully understand: Marbury v. Madison (judicial review), Brown v. Board of Education (equal protection), Miranda v. Arizona (search and seizure), and Roe v. Wade/Dobbs v. Jackson (constitutional interpretation over time).
