During the last samurai war, Japan is split after the fall of the Shoguns. In an effort to stop the advancing army, 11 imprisoned criminals are ordered to defend a mountain pass fortress. With the promise of freedom, forgiveness and redemption for their past crimes, the 11 rebels risk certain death amidst the fierce battle, hail of bullets and slashing swords to make their heroic stand.
